On this episode, Nikki Ubaldini talks to Sonia Magruder about her journey becoming a health coach, and health tips that Sonia employs herself. Sonia talks about how 7 years ago, after working 70+ hours a week in real estate while being her mother's primary caregiver with her husband, she didn't feel great and wanted to get healthier. After she and and her husband switched their diet away from processes foods and started eating more nutrient dense foods and significantly more plants, they both were amazed at how much better they felt. That dramatic change in feeling lead her to be interested in all of the health world, and she went on to become a health coach. She shares some tips on how to gradually change your diet, foods that can help correct different ailments, and how detrimental glyphosate is to our gut biome, one of the most important parts of our bodies.
